Important Notice: Avoid and Report WhatsApp Fraud

We have noticed that some individuals are falsely representing themselves as Netclues recruiters on WhatsApp, offering job opportunities, asking for confidential information and payments, and giving assessment work.

Important Points to Note:

• Netclues Does Not Have a WhatsApp Group: We want to clarify that Netclues, as a company, does not operate through WhatsApp groups. Any group claiming to represent Netclues on WhatsApp or any other social media group is unauthorized and fraudulent.
• Be Wary of Unsolicited Messages: If you receive unsolicited messages claiming to be from Netclues on WhatsApp or any other social media, please do not engage with them.
• Protect Your Personal Information: Never share personal or sensitive information with anyone claiming to be from Netclues on WhatsApp, call, or email.
• Protect Yourself from Fake Job Offers: Some scammers may misuse the Netclues name, asking job applicants to pay fees or deposits before issuing an official offer letter or commencing employment. Be cautious of deceptive messages promising jobs at Netclues Technologies in exchange for money, and avoid responding.

Note: We shall not accept any liability towards the representation made in any fraudulent communication or its consequences. Such unauthorized messages shall not be treated as any kind of offer or representation by Netclues Technologies.

How to Identify Recruitment Fraud?

• These types of fraud are normally done through online services such as WhatsApp groups, fabricated/fake websites, or misleading emails/calls claiming to be from Netclues.
• We do not charge/accept any amount or security deposit from job seekers during and after the selection process or while inviting candidates for an interview.
• Fraudsters will often ask recipients to complete fake recruitment documentation, such as application forms, terms and conditions of employment, or visa forms.
• Our HR team only corresponds from email addresses with the domains ________@netclues.in and ________@netclues.com. If any generic email ID ending with Gmail/Yahoo domain is copied while receiving a job offer or interview call, please be alert to the likelihood of a scammer.
• Job opportunities that come from people you do not know and appear "too good to be true".
• Communications where the recruiter claims to have seen your resume on a site you are unfamiliar with.

What You Can Do:

• If you come across any WhatsApp group claiming to be affiliated with Netclues, please report it to WhatsApp immediately.
• Upon receiving an unauthorized job offer through WhatsApp and Call, you must take some measures, such as visiting Netclues official website to get the contact details and enquiring with the HR department about the interview details and other relevant information.
• Save messages from the perpetrator for further investigation if necessary.

Dont's:

• Do not respond to unsolicited business propositions and/or employment offers from people you are unfamiliar with.
• Do not disclose your personal or financial details to anyone you do not know.
• Do not send any money. We never ask for money transfers or payments from applicants to secure a job as an employee or a contractor.
• Do not further communicate if you believe the communications may be fraudulent.
