The Plan:
Beacon Realty is highly reputed Real Estate company of British Virgin Islands. It was for first time ever we were creating website from there. All we had to do is something new for them, as in start from scratch. Our plan was to design, develop and create something really new and interesting for them which would show who they really are and where they stand. The ultimate goal was to create a website that appeals a real estate buyer who could be either residential or commercial customer. We also had to showcase all the listings in an easy to search format. For getting a buyer and agent connected is a real big deal and is also a requirement. We also had to make sure that the website had all the tools needed for the investor to help decide which is the best real estate property to buy.
Now, lets proceed on to how did we bring all in to one box.
The Work:
We had to take a hard look at how they were working on their branding and marketing according to which we had to design with fresh new look that would help their business grow and succeed. Working in all the information they provided us with and with on going meetings, our designing team came up with a great looking and fresh layout which was creative as well as professional. Our client was satisfied with all that we had done so far with a convincing positive attitude which made us believe we were on the right track.
We got our design approved and the HTML team was waiting to put their hands on and make this beauty turn into reality. After few weeks the website was complete and ready to launch, where the client approved the website with minor changes. The site is live today with the following great features.
