Crime and violence against women and children has been growing drastically around the globe. How the things are following in the world is the same happening and rapidly growing in the Cayman Islands. To help and and with a thought of putting an end to this, the Cayman Islands Crisis Centre (CICC) was established in 2003 as the Cayman Islands’ first safe shelter for female victims of domestic violence & their descendants. Their mission is to provide a 24/7 Crisis Helpline and a TalkLine for anyone in distress or just need someone to talk to, to provide counselling and aftercare support to the shelter clients and other public members, to educate the community on what family violence is and what healthy relationships are, and to be an advocate for the often voiceless victims of violence.
To help Cayman Islands Crisis Centre fulfill their motive and reach to local public, team at Netclues was given this great opportunity to make their website more organised, informative and easy to access. Their existing website was static and non-responsive. With our discussion with the client, understand their needs and wants, Team Netclues developed a dynamic and responsive website for the Cayman Islands Crisis Centre in a stipulated period of 4 weeks.
