Yet another Real Estate Website “Ricks Cayman Property”. Over a period of 8 weeks developing a new website for Ricks Cayman Property was great fun, Intense & quite challenging. Rick Burgos is an agent of Coldwell Banker - Real Estate Company situated in the Cayman Islands. The main goal of the website redesign was to give creative look, increase conversion, publicize and increase traffic of the users interested in buying the property.

The Challenges

Conversion: Our most important challenge was to increase the conversion as previous website was not interactive for any user to be attracted to contact the agent.
Layout: The previous site layout was not matching with the modern World Wide Web standards and also the design of the homepage was not interactive to the users and even there was missing elements of the promoting the properties or featured properties on the home banner which could have been used effectively.
SEO: The previous website lacked the relevant content which affected the previous website in the search engine.
Highly competitive keywords: Keywords related to the real estate is highly competitive in the search engines and more difficult for us to rank the client website higher.

The Solution:

Design: Design was important and we used their existing logo and branding to come up with something entirely unique and fresh. The website has a big banner. As the goal of the site is to increase conversion the call to action button worked as a gem.
Actively Communicating with Members: Communicating with the users is important, hence we gave an option registering & login in the website which effectively increase the engagement rate as well as increase the conversion level.
Ability to Save a Property: We have also integrated a feature of saving a property without login or registering on the website. This feature has given the website a boost in the engagement level.
Content Management System/PowerPanel: It was important for them to manage and update their content themselves. We made it possible for them to do so with Netclues PowerPanel - One Panel to manage the content for addition as well as site updation.
Integration with Coldwell Banker: Integration with the parent company was given an important focus as all the properties should be fetched from their server. We integrated it successfully and now all the properties are fetched automatically without any hassles.
Search Engine Optimization: Search Engine Optimization was important to give them new leads and conversions through their website. We have implemented SEO strategy with the guidelines laid by Google which helps them in building and converting clients through a specific location.
Social Media Integration with Netclues OnePush: We have also integrated with the Netclues OnePush in the PowerPanel, once the administrator adds a piece of information on the website they can push that information straight away to the social networks by a single click.
