Yet another Real Estate Website “#15 Lakeland Villas”. Over a period of 4 weeks developing a new website for Lakeland Villas was challenging as well as interesting. Lakeland Villas is a town house offering 2 beds and 2.5 baths with pools, playground and ornamental lakes situated in the Cayman Islands. The main goal of the website design was to give creative look, increase conversion, publicize and increase traffic of the users interested in buying the property.
Here is our experience:
The Challenges:
- Absence of old site: Our main & most important challenge was about the branding as there was no old website.
- Zero Search Engine presence of the website: It was indeed a difficult task for us to have visibility of the website organically as it was relatively new website and content wise we are limited.
- Increasing user engagement: Our main concern was to keep the users engaged in our website as it was difficult for us with the limited content & images to play with.
- Highly Competitive Keyword: Real Estate is highly competitive keyword in the search engines and more difficult for us to have the higher rank for the website.
The Solution:
- Design: The website design was given an utmost importance with simple layout with all the details of their business and services essential on the homepage which attracts the users to glance more and indeed increase engagement.
- Search Engine Optimization: Search Engine Optimization was given foremost importance with using good guidelines set up by Google which will help them increasing the website traffic and there by conversions.
- Calls to Action: We have strategically placed calls to action on landing pages to guide the casual user or interested parties in to a lead such as click to call button,.
